New Bern, North Carolina 1864 – Souvenir Series
$16.00
Although New Bern’s role as capital of North Carolina came to an end after the Revolutionary War, it continued to be an important port well into the nineteenth century. Voltaire Combe’s delicately colored lithograph shows a busy harbor in the foreground with the city extending inland and along the banks of the Trent and Neuse Rivers. Our fully colored facsimile is from the original in the collection of Tryon Palace in New Bern.
Size: 13 1/4 x 20 inches. Color, Text-Weight Paper
