$100.00

In the middle of the nineteenth century the London lithographic firm of R. Martin issued a series of nine views showing London Bridge as depicted over the years by a number of artists. We have selected the four which include significant portions of the City of London. In addition to the engraving by Nicholas Visscher in 1616 (shown here), the set contains an anonymous manuscript view of 1500, a drawing by Wenceslaus Hollar in 1647, and an engraving by Samuel and Nathaniel Buck in 1749.
